Due to the perishable nature of our tinned seafood, we are unable to accept physical returns of food products. However, if your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with your catch, please reach out to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Haul
Examine your tins upon arrival. If you notice any significant dents, leaks, or damage to the packaging, take a quick photo for our records.
Contact the Crew
Send an email to our support team with your order number and any photos of the damaged goods to initiate a claim.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to determine the best solution, whether it is a full refund or a fresh shipment.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, or a replacement tracking number will be sent to your inbox.
